I am getting so much better trying not to strangle the neck of my guitar while playing. I feel my shoulders aren’t up around my ears as high either. My fingers aren’t feeling as bruised because when I fret a note or chord I’m not trying to push it through the neck. Playing more relaxed is so much more enjoyable and much easier. I’m still a work in progress but this is a win!

Hey Nailiens... Been messing around with the looper pedal and figured I'd record a quick bit of my improv to post here. Thanks to @Abraham Tadesse for inspiring the chord progression (it's based of the Fsus-Am7-Cmaj7 progression you said was your fav) I'm learning just as much from you guys as you are from me :)
