Due to my work schedule (14 on, 14 off) Dave helped me out by giving me essentially two routines, because 2 weeks with no work is just bad form. I'm over the bodyweight workouts at day 12 of 14, can't wait to get back to killing it in the gym. I wanna get all these dinosaur pec muscles going, the tyranosaur or albertasaur or whatever the fuck they're called. 🤣🤣
