I realized I needed to apply the less is more strategy in FYS and focus on creating an ecosystem that feels like a warm hug and fits like your favorite dress (or pants!) So I’ve begun refining the FYS ecosystem to make it simpler, clearer, and more supportive, not just for growth, but for sustainability.
