Dear Sir/Madam,

We write to inform you that we have submitted formal requests to Peterborough Magistrates’ Court and the Middle Level Commissioners seeking validation and documentary evidence of the liability orders purportedly granted on 4 August 2026.

To date, we have not received the requested documentation and therefore have not been provided with any evidence that the liability orders exist or were validly issued.

In the absence of such proof, we require that no further enforcement, recovery, or related action is taken until the requested documentation has been produced and the existence and validity of the liability orders have been confirmed. Proceeding with enforcement before this evidence is provided would be premature, unreasonable, and contrary to the principles of fairness and due process.

For the avoidance of doubt, we expressly reserve all our rights in this matter. Should any enforcement or recovery action be taken before satisfactory evidence of the liability orders has been provided, such action will be formally challenged, and we reserve the right to pursue all available remedies in relation to any loss, costs, or prejudice arising from such action.

We trust that all action will now be suspended pending receipt of the requested documentation and your written confirmation that no further steps will be taken until this matter has been properly verified.

Dear Mr & Mrs Wild,

Please find the attached Liability Orders issued by Peterborough Magistrates Courts.

As you now have the requested documentation and proof of the Liability Orders being issued.

Enforcement action will not be held and as you now have sufficient proof of the orders we trust you will be forthcoming with the funds to settle the accounts.
