MATRIX BUNDLE BUILDING
Gathering Gravity Through Substantiation
One of the questions I get asked most is:
"How do I organise my case?"
The answer isn't by creating a folder full of random paperwork.
It's by building an Evidence Matrix.
A strong case is rarely built on one letter or one document. It develops through the cumulative weight of organised, substantiated evidence. Every request, every response, every missing record, every contradiction and every unanswered question contributes to the overall picture.
That's why I've created Matrix Bundle Building.
This guide will help you move from a pile of documents to a structured bundle by showing you how to:
✅ Build a Master Chronology.
✅ Organise your evidence into logical sections.
✅ Track every request and every response.
✅ Record missing evidence.
✅ Identify contradictions and evidential gaps.
✅ Create an Evidence Matrix that is easy to navigate and review.
Remember...
A bundle is not simply somewhere to store paperwork.
It is a working document that allows you to understand your own case.
The aim isn't to collect the most documents.
The aim is to collect the most relevant, organised and substantiated evidence.
My advice is simple:
Gather first.
Organise second.
Analyse third.
Conclude last.
This resource is now available in the classroom.
I'd encourage everyone to start building their bundle before you need it. The more organised your evidence is, the easier it becomes to understand your case, identify what's missing, and decide on your next steps.
