You do not need a label or a formal recovery program to belong here. If alcohol, substances, food, gambling, relationships, or any behavior has left you feeling stuck, ashamed, or disconnected from yourself, you are welcome.

This space was founded by Sandra Joy, a holistic wellness practitioner, guided meditation creator, and woman in long-term sobriety. Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and rooted in one simple belief. You are not broken. You are carrying things. And you do not have to carry them alone.
