With a career spanning juvenile justice, residential care, and the home setting, I specialize in the high-stakes language of emotional support. Whether in middle school or elementary, I’ve learned that in volatile environments, words aren't just communication. They are the primary tools for safety, de-escalation, and stability.
This community isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning what works, naming what doesn’t, and recovering when we say the wrong thing (because we will). We focus on communicating better, arguing less, and connecting more especially when things get messy.
