I'm trying to learn how to come up with a rate for my services, and I'm wondering how you guys do it? Is it by hour, by amount of work? I know we all focus on different departments but you never know what might help you come up with a rate for your services.

I'm very close into investing in a new color accurate monitor. I have my eye on the ASUS ProArt 27 inch PA278CGV Monitor and so far I've seen really good reviews online but I wanted to reach out here and see if anyone has this monitor and if they have any thoughts/review on it.
