slightly off topic...village kindness

With the world going slightly bonkers and lots of people losing sight of goodness, i just wanted to share how sweet it is, that in my local area, people are still selling little plants at the roadside. When people have no use for household items, they will pop them outside by their gate and offer them forward. There is even a kindly person , who pops a big bag of potatoes out, every couple of weeks, for people to help themselves. My grown up children also tell me we have a local barter page on FB (i dont have FB). I hang onto those lovely kind things that people still do, and hope that these people will slowly show others that being kind is good.
