Simple cauliflower 'rice' recipe
Healthier than white rice. Remove leaves and stalk, chop or grate the florets until the size of grains of rice (or pulse in a food processor), put into pan, drizzle with 2tbsp oil, cover and steam over low heat for 5-10 minutes stirring regularly, season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
