So last September I had some Pak Choi seeds and chucked them in a container with fresh compost (outside)
After weeks of no sign of life I gave up any hope of anything coming from them.
Just 2 weeks ago I saw their pretty little leaves swaying in the gentle breeze and today they’ve grown even bigger.
Would you say that they’re ready for me to eat?
I’m planning on making a Chicken Chow Mein this week and I would love to include them in it 🤞🏻
I really don’t want them to go to waste.
