I'm Zoe. I'm an AHPRA-registered Chinese medicine practitioner with over seven years in clinical practice. I created this space for the people who aren't quite ready for one-on-one support, but who don't want to just sit with the confusion in the meantime.
Inside you'll find an Understanding Your Cycle course, a weekly ask question post, and a community feed filled with grounded, practical education.
