I didn’t get to venture out and experience the Fall out. But I did get to see some visitors here at home. The Groove Billed Ani and a few more.

Went out and got my first Red eyed Vireo. I love this bird. It was a challenge to get him he’s pretty active. Also, managed to get the Painted Bunting.

I have had a few groups so far in April, and every week we have had a north wind start blowing, which makes the bird migration stop, and we were lucky enough to have some birds drop in for a visit. My last group will be my spring migration workshop, which historically has always been the best week. We will see how it plays out, but meanwhile here are a few photos from this month. April has been good so far, and the painted buntings are finally here.
