Issue with Submitting Visa Debit Card for Amazon Seller Account Charge Method

I am creating a seller account on Amazon for the USA marketplace. I am trying to submit my Visa debit card in the charge method, but I am getting an error. My Visa debit card is not being accepted for the charge method. My Visa debit card is new; I received it from the bank 3 days ago, and I generated the PIN on the same day. I have also enabled international transactions through the bank. However, when I try to submit my Visa debit card in the charge method for my Amazon seller account, I am getting an error.
