Rules for assisting clients before 10/1
Reminder, per CMS guidance, you can't promote or discuss 2027 plans or plan changes with members or prospects before 10/1. You may not accept, collect or take possession of a completed AEP enrollment application before 10/15.
Prior to 10/1, you may collect Scope of Appointments and schedule time to meet with clients to discuss 2027 plans on or after 10/1.
