Happy Friday My friends
As January comes to a close I want to give you guys some praise for making it through the first month of the new year. I know it sounds funny but most people don’t have resolutions and the ones that do…. Very few even stick to them.
Here are a few fun stats to look at ⬇️
1. Approximately 30% of Americans make New Years resolutions each year.
2. 79% of resolutions involve improving health, such as increasing fitness levels or adopting a healthier diet.
3. 23% of people abandon their resolutions by the end of the first week of January.
4. 43% of individuals expect to give up their resolutions by February.
5. 88% of people who set New Years resolutions fail within the first two weeks.
6. Only 9% of Americans successfully keep their resolutions throughout the year.
7. 35% of participants who failed their resolutions cited setting unrealistic goals as the primary reason.
8. 33% of individuals who failed did not keep track of their progress.
9. 23% of people forgot about their resolutions altogether.
10. About 10% of individuals who failed said they made too many resolutions, leading to overwhelm.
So, great work to y'all for sticking to your goals this January. That’s HUGE!
That being said, my goals as always are to ensure your success. So I wanted to ask you guys for comments and feedback on the kind of new trainings I can make in the classroom for SKOOL!
