Counting calories is not the FIRST thing we go to with clients who have been struggling to be consistent with their nutrition.
It's more of a strategy we say needs to be earned by displaying that you have a healthy relationship with food in general.
However, calories DO matter to reach your goals! 🍎
So I spent several hours today making this resource (for one of our Savage Sister clients) that serves as a happy medium between knowing HOW MUCH to eat... but not measuring and tracking every morsel of food that goes into your body. 😆 I thought it would be useful for you too. 🤩

It will also tell you exactly how long it will take to get to your goal, depending on how aggressive you want to be!
