Hunger vs. Habit

Today is not about changing anything yet.Today is about noticing. Most of us eat because:• it’s “time”• food is nearby• we’re stressed or tired• we’re bored
Very little of that is true hunger.
Today’s Focus
Simply notice when you want to eat and ask:
“Is this hunger… or habit?”
No judgment. No fixing. Just awareness.

✔ Aim for a 12-hour overnight break between dinner and your next meal✔ Hydrate well✔ Eat normally
