How’s your week so far?
This morning, I was at the coffee shop and they were all out of frittatas. I ordered the breakfast
enchilada instead, and it was made with a flour tortilla. I asked for sour cream, and used this as a fat to help stabilize the carbs from the flour tortilla.
What are some of your creative ways you’re approaching stabilizing blood glucose?
