Today we created space for calm to emerge from within. We worked with the vagus nerve, softened and stimulated the gut to support the gut–brain connection, and moved through our organ reset practice.
We also explored the liver—how castor oil supports its function, how to prepare it, and how to continue opening and unwinding held tension through this vital organ.
