30 day Visualization Challenge
Day 15
Woo hoo officially half way in. I have created a classroom space for the visualization challenge. I have added some new material to journal work and I will add more before the day is out.
Today remember something from your past that you found happiness in. Sit with that memory. How does it look when you remember it? Is it a still frame, a movie, is it in color or black and white? Pay attention to the way your body feels, any emotion that comes up and where it sits in your body. Do you actually see it or is it just a knowing of what happened? Is there color associated to it if you don't actually have full recall, does it come up like you are reading a book?
Journal about this.
Our brain has two settings, memory and wishful thinking. There is a good chance that up until now your visualization is being stored in the subconscious as wishful thinking. That is a good thing. From here we get to figure out the gap between memory and the wishful thinking.
Tonight read your definite purpose, be honest about where it lands. Does it feel like you are starting to remember that you are the person that is successfully achieving their purpose, or does it feel like you are reaching?
Now visualize your desire. Is it holding the same space as your memory? Does it look like your memory or is it playing in a different way?
You can journal this or find your way to sleep and see what comes to you as you sleep tonight.
Wake up and give thanks 😊
