Even small intentions can shift huge amounts of energy! Ideas: "is this a job/relationship that serves my higher good to stay in right now?" " What does my dog think about me?" "What does my non verbal parent/child need to make them more comfortable?" Remember, we are listening to the heart and all it's wisdom💞 Let's explore!
