For me it is meal prep 🍱 and pre-tracking my food in the 1st Phorm app📱
Since my husband is going back to work this week and I will be with my 3 yo and newborn by myself, I HAVE to make sure that I have my breakfast & lunch prepared. I am already in a time crunch even with help at home. So in order to make sure I am hitting my macros and getting nutritious meals, I need to have things ready to go in less than 5 mins (since the baby could wake up at any moment 😆).
One other way I can save on time is pre-tracking my food for the week in the 1st Phorm app. That way I do not have to spend time on my phone trying to play meal/snack Tetris. I can sleep better at night when I already have my game plan ready to go.
