📣 Challenge Participants -> Important UPDATE❗️
Since we are all using different platforms of tracking and have different goals, I will need every participant to submit this form to me on a weekly basis.
This will help me tremendously at keeping track of everyone's progress in the challenge.
It is SUPER easy to fill out. It asks two required questions:
How many times you hit your protein goal and your water goal in the past week (0-7).
For the purpose of this challenge, the week starts on a Monday. So you will submit your progress form on Sundays and MUST be submitted NO LATER THAN Monday at 11:59 EST in order to get credit
Example - you will submit a form for your effort from Monday April 13th - Sunday April 19th. The latest you can submit a progress form is Monday April 20th at 11:59 EST.
