3️⃣ Week 3 Of the Foundations into 2026 Challenge
We are adding the habit of taking 10K Steps Per Day. Why this matters:
It represents a practical, achievable level of daily movement that significantly improves:
- Cardiovascular health
- Metabolic function
- Mental health
- Longevity
- Daily activity and energy
The number itself is not magical, nor do you actually have to hit 10K steps to see some health benefits. The point is that it is simple and measurable.

One of the common themes I am hearing from you is that you struggle with staying consistent. It's hard, especially during the holidays, to stay consistent with your faith or fitness goals when you have so much more on your plate. We will talk about mindset, but also some practical tips on how to stick with your habits.
