Monday Motivation💪
Let's remember this week that our fitness journeys aren't just about us. Our bodies are incredible gifts, temples of the Holy Spirit. Taking care of them is a way to honor God. Whether it's a tough workout or choosing healthy foods, let's dedicate our efforts to Him. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." What are some ways you're honoring God with your body this week?

Monday Motivation💪
End the week off strong💪
Happy Friday! When we're pursuing anything in life, whether it be financial goals, physical goals, life goals, etc. Our mindset is what will control our success. More importantly, our perspectives when it comes to things like: - Dealing with failure - Being perfect or perfectly consistent - Not hitting certain milestones within X time - How we respond to success The way I see it, as long as we keep our focus on Christ, we're already being guided on how to properly handle each of those; - Failure is how we learn and improve, bringing us 1 step closer to truly succeeding - We're human, no one is perfect, otherwise Jesus wouldn't have had to save us. With most goals in life, perfection is unrealistic, so it's better to aim for being great enough to see great results or have a great impact - Patience! Life is not a race, so trust God's timing. Remember the bleeding women who was healed just from touching Jesus's garment? Because Jesus was walking and not rushing, she was able to catch up to him and be healed. And most importantly, remember what Jesus said to her, that it was her FAITH that healed her - Success is a gift from God, rewarding us. Be humble and use your success as an opportunity to give and provide for others rather than be prideful and boast to others. See Proverbs 15:18 and Matthew 23:12 Let's end the week off strong today, giving glory to God and making today a day of progress and success!

This Week's Message
"Train yourself for godliness; for physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come." 1 Timothy 4:8 1 Let's use this week to train both our bodies and our spirits. This week we're focusing on consistency, hitting our goals each day without letting any short-comings from January get in our head. Let's see some progress this week!
