Find your feel-good sweet spot. 🔥 Week 2 — Create (Build the Habit) ☐ Days 8–14: Post daily using your pillars and voice rules.- Each post = 1 theme • 1 story • 1 punchline. ☐ Feedback rhythm: Give 2 thoughtful comments → Get 1. ☐ Metric: Track streaks, not likes. ⚡ Week 3 — Amplify (Find Your Edge) ☐ Days 15–17: Study emotional triggers — what makes people feel your message. ☐ Days 18–21: Experiment with one new format:☐ Longer post ☐ Carousel ☐ Reel ☐ Voice note ☐ Pattern Break Day: Post something bold, funny, or raw. 🧱 Week 4 — Cement (Make It Automatic) ☐ Days 22–26: Build your content ritual: idea → draft → post → reflect. ☐ Day 27: Ask for mirror feedback: “What does my voice say to you?” ☐ Days 28–29: Pre-schedule 7 days of content. ☐ Day 30: Reflection sprint — wins, lessons, and your next challenge.
