One thing many believers struggle with is process.
We love promises. We love prophecy. We love vision. But many times, we become frustrated with the journey between where we are and where God is taking us.
Yet throughout Scripture, God consistently worked through process.
Joseph had dreams before he had influence.David was anointed before he became king.Moses was called before he was sent.Even Jesus spent years in hiddenness before public ministry.
This teaches us something powerful:God is not only interested in where you are going. He is deeply interested in who you are becoming on the journey.
Sometimes believers become discouraged because life is not moving as quickly as expected. But speed is not always proof of spiritual progress.
There are seasons where God is building: your character, patience, wisdom, endurance, humility, discernment, and dependency.
And many of these things cannot be formed instantly.
We often pray for elevation, but God is preparing our capacity.
The truth is, some things are dangerous in the hands of an unprepared person. This is why preparation is often an expression of God’s mercy.
A delay is not always denial.Sometimes it is development.
Do not despise hidden seasons.
There are moments where it may feel like nothing significant is happening, but internally God is strengthening foundations that will sustain future assignments.
Growth in God is rarely microwave.Transformation is usually gradual.
And this is why comparison is dangerous.
Everyone’s process is different.Everyone’s assignment is different.Everyone’s journey is different.
Your responsibility is not to compete with another believer’s timeline. Your responsibility is to remain faithful where God has you.
Trust God enough to embrace both the promise and the process.
I hope this helped you because it helped me too
