Truth:
Limits are not a flaw — they’re part of how God made you.
Micro-Teaching:
You can only do so much in a day. You get tired. You run out of energy. You can’t be everywhere, fix everything, or carry everyone.
That’s just reality.
But most of us fight that. We try to push past it, stretch it, ignore it — like if we just try a little harder we can hold more than we actually can.
That’s where a lot of the weight comes from.
God doesn’t get tired. God doesn’t run out. You do.
And once you stop arguing with that, things get a little more honest. You start making decisions differently. You stop trying to play a role that doesn’t belong to you.
You stay in your lane. And that’s actually where peace starts to show up.
Practice:
Pay attention to one moment today where you feel stretched thin. Instead of pushing through, acknowledge your limit and adjust.
Reflection:
Where are you acting like you don’t have limits right now?
Word of the Day:
Limits — the built-in boundaries of being a creature, not the Creator.
