🟣 Sunday — Rest in What Is Already True
Truth:
God’s love for you does not increase with effort.
You are fully loved right now.
Micro‑Teaching:
Sunday invites us to shift from doing to being—from striving to resting. Formation is not built only through discipline, but through trust. Scripture shows us a God who completes His work and then rests, not because He is tired, but because His work is good. When you rest, you are not stepping away from growth; you are stepping into confidence. Rest reminds your soul that God’s grace is not earned—it is received.
Practice (Today):
Create one intentional moment of rest.
No productivity. No pressure.
Simply receive God’s peace.
Pray:
“I receive Your rest.”
Reflection:
Where do you feel tempted to prove your worth?
How might resting in God’s love reshape your sense of identity?
Word of the Day (teaser):
Rest — trusting God’s work is enough, even when you pause.
