Truth:
Christ is not just part of reality—He is the One sustaining it.
Micro-Teaching:
Some people have been carrying pressure for so long they don’t even notice it anymore. Mind constantly moving. Body tight all the time. Always thinking about what needs fixed next. After a while it starts feeling normal, like this is just what it means to be responsible.
But Scripture says Christ holds all things together. That means your life is not being sustained by your ability to keep grinding mentally. The world is not sitting on your shoulders. A lot of exhaustion comes from trying to carry things that belong to God alone. The creature was never meant to live like the source.
Practice:
Pay attention to what tightens you up today.
Reflection:
What am I carrying like it all depends on me?
Word of the Day:
Sustain — to hold together continuously.
