This year I’ve been tasked with starting and operating and Sr incentive/staff cafe. This made me look at current approaches and developing it into something I could use as a cafe with a hospitality curriculum. I’m excited to say… it’s almost complete!!! Do you have any new classes this school year???

With only 2 days left and my grades submitted, I’ve been planning for a new course next year!! Hospitality and cafe management is the new course. I’m super excited. Any one else teaching a new course next year?

I love crafting!!! Most recently I’ve been laser engraving, but I love using my cricut for bulletin boards, and shirts!! What do you do in your “free time”?

I’m enjoying the last few days of spring break and my staycation. Of course I relaxed a little but mostly created and cleaned. What are/were your spring break plans this year???
