I took a delivery method from construction — VDC + Last Planner — and built it into a Claude skill for AI projects. Instead of "build me an app," it forces structure: goal hierarchy, metrics with baselines, controllable factors, ICE decision sessions, small promised tasks, and weekly PPC + variance review.
