I packed my life into a backpack, got $3,000 together, and came to Vietnam on nothing but a dream. A year later? Peaceful life. Beautiful days on the beach. A city full of warm, welcoming people I now call family.
My name is Chad Dunn. I spent 55 years in America: Ft. Lauderdale, Virginia Beach, Portland, Savannah. Somewhere along the way, the math stopped adding up. High prices, sky-high healthcare, a general heaviness in the air. So I researched obsessively, and it led me to one place: Da Nang City, Vietnam.
I came for the value, the climate, the food, the beach. What I found was something I didn't expect.

Chad has helped influence the decision for my daughter and myself to make the move by being empathetic and transparent. He has made me feel comfortable asking questions and dreaming of a better life in vietnam and has provided so much knowledge on many subjects. I feel confident in my decisions because of Chad. I feel happy knowing I can leave the worry behind.

Where do I start? I first came upon Chad in May of 2025. I saw some guy on an amazing beach, and he just grabbed my attention. He has shown me Vietnam and changed my perception of the county. I can't think of a better person to grab me at the airport and take all the stress out. Highly recommend a zoom call, the expat playbook and a pickup package.

Cannot imagine going to Vietnam without having all the information Chad and this app have provided. Learning something new everyday. Chad certainly has a deep love for Vietnam, its people and helping others relocate.
