Quick to anger?
Usually around this time of the year, cracks start to show in our “unlimited” patience as partners, parents and friends. What tends to manifest are emotions such as anger, depression and resentment…low energy vibes which reflect a feeling of powerlessness. Although enacting upon them in a moment of rage or tears might make you feel better, these behaviours only provide short term relief.
So I’m wondering, if you have experienced or are experiencing such states, what have been you ‘go-to’s to help you out if your funk?
