What to expect in the 7-Day Glow Challenge
👋 Day 0: Joining the Challenge When you join the 7-Day Glow Challenge, you’re not overwhelmed right away. You’re welcomed with: A clear start-here message An explanation of what the week looks like Reassurance that this is doable, even if life is busy You immediately know: This isn’t extreme You don’t need special equipment You’re not expected to be perfect It feels calm. Structured. Supportive. Day 1: Reset & Ground You’re guided into the challenge gently. You learn: What the “Glow” actually means (less bloating, more energy, strength confidence) How to approach the week without pressure One simple workout that wakes your body up instead of exhausting it You also get: A gut-friendly focus for the day (hydration, digestion basics) A simple mindset prompt so you’re not just “going through the motions” You feel relief, not stress. Day 2: Build Momentum Day 2 feels clearer and more confident. You: Do another short, effective workout Start noticing your body feels more awake, less heavy Learn a small gut-health habit you can actually stick to Nothing feels restrictive. Nothing feels confusing. You’re starting to think: “Oh… I can do this.” Day 3: Consistency Over Perfection This day is about real life. You’re reminded: Missing a rep doesn’t ruin progress Consistency matters more than intensity Listening to your body is part of strength The workout still challenges you but it’s respectful of your energy. You feel supported, not judged. Day 4: Confidence Check By now: You feel lighter (physically or mentally) Your digestion feels calmer You’re more aware of how food + movement affect you You’re encouraged to reflect: What’s already improving? What habits feel good? What do you want more of? This is where confidence starts to grow. Day 5: Strength + Glow Day 5 reinforces why this challenge exists. You: Move your body with intention Feel stronger than you expected Realize this isn’t about shrinking it’s about supporting your body The gut guidance continues to feel simple, not complicated.
