My first 5 mistakes when starting an online business (learn from my scars)
When I first started online business, I didn’t feel confident. I felt hopeful… and terrified. I thought if I just worked harder, everything would click fast. I was wrong. Here are the first 5 mistakes I made, the ones no tutorial warned me about. Here are the first 5 mistakes I made, the ones no tutorial warned me about. 1️⃣ I waited to feel “ready” I told myself I needed more knowledge, more confidence, more proof. In reality, I was just scared of looking stupid. Starting imperfectly would’ve saved me months. 2️⃣ I chased quick wins instead of real skills I copied screenshots. I jumped strategies. I wanted results before understanding the process. The wins didn’t last because I wasn’t built yet. 3️⃣ I took failure personally Every bad day felt like a judgment on me. A failed ad felt like I failed as a person. Once I learned to see failure as feedback, everything changed. 4️⃣ I tried to do it alone I thought asking for help meant I wasn’t capable. Truth is, it was costing me time, money, and clarity. Guidance doesn’t make you weak, it makes you faster. 5️⃣ I quit in my head before I quit in reality Even while “working,” I was already doubting the outcome. That hesitation showed up in my execution. Belief doesn’t guarantee success but doubt guarantees slower progress. If I could go back and tell my past self one thing… You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re just early in the process. 👇 Your turn What’s one mistake you feel like you’re making right now or one you’ve already learned from? Someone else here needs your honesty today 🤍

Is hustle culture actually holding people back?
Hot take (but honest): Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because they’re burnt out, overwhelmed, and trying to copy 10 different strategies at once. We’re told: - Wake up earlier - Grind harder - Do more But no one talks about: - Focus - Clear priorities - Building something sustainable So I’m curious… Do you think hustle culture helps people succeed or does it actually keep people stuck and exhausted? Let's learn from one another, What’s been your experience?

The fear that almost every entrepreneur carries (but rarely talks about)
Let’s be honest for a moment. It’s not the work that scares you. It's not the late nights. It’s not even the uncertainty. It’s the fear of failing after you tried. The fear of: - Looking stupid - Wasting time or money - Letting people down - Proving your own doubts right - Starting over… again - Most entrepreneurs don’t quit because they’re lazy. They quit because fear gets louder than their vision. What part of failure scares you the most right now? You’re not alone and saying it out loud is the first step forward I’ll reply to every comment.

Honest question for the group
If you had access to someone who’s already walked this path, made the mistakes, learned the hard lessons, and actually figured out what works what would you ask them first? Would it be: - “What should I focus on and ignore?” - “What did you wish you knew earlier?” - “How long did it really take before things clicked?” I’m also curious… Do you prefer figuring things out on your own, or would you rather learn directly from someone with experience so you can avoid wasting time (and money)? Everyone’s different, we see from different angles.... Drop your thoughts below, sometimes just saying it out loud is the first step forward.
