Mindset Mondays
Do you wake up excited for a new week or dreading the new week? If so why? I personally look at Mondays as a new opportunity to grow and learn and I’m always pumped for the new week. I wasn’t always like this! Shifting my mindset from “oh no I have to go back to work” to what I stated above has helped immensely for me.
What’s the hardest thing about getting into shape?
Most people know what they need to do, but still don’t do it. I personally think more than half the battle is mental. What do you guys think is the hardest part? 🤔
