Here’s a really cool job I got creative with. The homeowner picked a 4 piece tile pattern. We used Shlooter for our edges. We can touch base on what and how later for now I’m going to be sharing photos and some videos to make my page more interesting for people who stop by. GO SKOOLERS!

I accidentally made a post on another page. I’m trying lol. This was a great job. The homeowners got a few bids, ours came out higher but the man knew the quality I put out. Word of mouth is important in this business. Building a deck on three slopes from 4” to 4.5 feet to the octagon pool wasn’t a normal deck build. It took a lot of thinking but once we started it started it took shape.

Saving on your bottom line. Ok I’m sure there’s got to be some Air B&B renters, vacation rental owners or just homeowners that want to know how to fix their own stuff. You are sick of people that don’t call you back are un-dependable or ridiculously priced then you see what they come in and do and you are like well damn I could’ve done that. Well guess what I’m your man! I’ve worked in the vacation industry for over 10 years on maintenance from rentals to Air B and Bs to private homeowners to realtors. From down to calming customers with broken AC units to scrambling to find a water main shutoff. I know after you pay insurance taxes and cleaning that there’s not much left. My goal is to teach you what you need to get the smaller jobs done. To learn your own home so you can operate it properly. We can always do more than we think we can and I’m here to teach you that and give you the confidence you need to get it done. I look forward to talking with all of you!

This is the material you see on the 1 day new bathroom install. They are composite sheets. We had the plumbing and shower done in 3 days. I still am a firm believer in a cement base with a rubber membrane and the hydro lock and ALWAYS a Leak test. If your contractor says I don’t do that then he’s basically telling you well I don’t make sure my work operates properly. In our classes I will be giving you a tool list of tools you need and a clear understanding of how the shower is put together. This is more advanced. My plan is to see what you’d like to learn and lean into that. A class on this would be great for someone having a contractor do the work because you can make sure it’s being done right without asking a single question. Contractors tend to skip steps if they can to save their bottoms line and it only hurts you in the long run. For instance if they don’t use the rubber membrane and the hydrolock you will have a rotten floor in less than 4 years.

Especially when I start going live or doing classes I will leach you how to install like a pro!
