Identify Your Execution DNA First (Module I) Don't start studying until you know your type. Are you a Visionary (needs details), Architect (needs action), Catalyst (needs focus), or Specialist (needs big picture)? Tailor your study habits to your type to work with your natural tendencies rather than against them. Build Your Personal Scorecard Track 3-5 specific metrics that indicate you are improving (e.g., Time saved on emails, Number of prompts iterated). What gets measured gets managed, and tracking progress keeps you motivated.
