How do you handle extra people asking for hair on wedding day?

This can be one of the trickiest situations lol. When someone who wasn’t included in the contract asks if you can also do their hair.

Here’s exactly how I handle it:

✨ First, I always prioritize the bride + everyone she already paid for.

If I truly don’t have time, I simply say:

“Ahh, I’m so sorry! Our timeline is full today or I totally would!!”

✨ If I do have time, I keep it super simple and professional.

I carry a laminated card with my current individual add-on pricing on it as well as my accepted payment methods. I’ll hand it to them and say:

“If we have time at the end after everyone else is finished, I’d be happy to do it! Here’s my menu.”

This does a few things:

• Takes the awkwardness out of saying a price out loud

• Keeps things professional

• Makes it clear it’s an add-on + not included

• Protects your timeline + boundaries

This has saved me SO many awkward conversations and keeps everything really clean + business-like on wedding day 🤍
