Weird happenings/blocked and reported

Just received an email question about a product from a customer. I answered their question and did a little sneak peak at their favorits..they had only 2 other items in favorite no profile photo zero purchases....then I get another message back from same customer saying great ive been thinking about this all night...we are about to have a baby. ( which is weird because this is about a license plate with a demon slayer on it but ok?)...then I get a message that the order was in....a flash...ok....weird.... Great gonna go to etsy site to see how long it takes etsy to put through the order...the get another message from buyer with a "almost done...and a QR code to scan".

I reported and blocked immediately.
