Trigger: Before you start writing today.
Small action (5 minutes):
Write one sentence describing a moment, but it must include 1 concrete detail from each list:
Sense: a sound / smell / texture
Exact noun: not “car” → “white Corolla”; not “drink” → “flat Coke”
Number: time / distance / amount
Action: a physical verb (grip, scrape, fold, drag)
Micro-question: What are you writing right now (story, reflective piece, description, or narrative essay)?
