Mission, Vision, & Values
Mission To provide a living, breathing space where people access the tools — breath, sound, presence, and body — that return them to themselves. Not to a teacher. Not to a method. To themselves. Vision A global collective of embodied, sovereign humans who have learned to trust their own inner guidance — connected across cities, disciplines, and backgrounds by a shared commitment to going inward instead of outward for answers. Values 1. Sovereignty - no member's inner guidance is ever questioned or overridden. Hudson's role is to offer maps, never to be the destination. 2. No performance - Show up authentically as you are. There is no spiritual persona required here. Confusion, grief, and even doubt are as welcome here as a breakthrough. 3. Discernment over Dogma - Members are actively taught to question everything - including what Hudson says. If it doesn't resonate with you, it isn't yours. 4. Embodiment First - This is not a philosophy club. Every concept must land in the body to count. We breathe. We meditate. We feel. 5. Reciprocal Presence - Members show up for each other. This is a circle, not a stage. 6. Radical Honesty - Real talk over spiritual anesthesia. Always.
PSA - Opening of The Collective
The greatest teachers don't create followers. They create free people. For a long time I believed that the more spiritually advanced someone appeared, the more I should trust them. What I learned instead is that awakening is not the surrender of discernment. It's the awakening TO it. A true teacher doesn't ask you to replace your relationship with God with a relationship to them. They don't become your inner voice. They help you hear your own more clearly. The moment someone cannot be questioned, growth stops. The moment you stop questioning yourself, growth stops too. Some of the hardest lessons become the holiest ones because they return you to the only Teacher who never manipulates, never controls, and never asks you to abandon your own knowing. The Holy Spirit does not compete for your attention. Truth doesn't need to. This morning was the first gathering of The Erra Collective. I told everyone something I hope always remains true here: If I ever become more important than your relationship with God, your own discernment, or your direct knowing, I hope you'll listen to that inner voice. That nudge. Because this community was never meant to create dependence. It was always meant to remind you of what has been within you all along. The teacher points. Love is the destination. And God has been speaking to you long before either of us arrived.

PSA - Opening of The Collective
Welcome to the Collective
Welcome to the Erra Collective. Read this first. You're here because something in you is ready. This isn't a course. It isn't a coaching program. It isn't a space where you come to be fixed, upgraded, or enlightened by someone who has it all figured out. I don't have it all figured out. I never will. Neither will you. That's not a problem — that's the point. What this is: a fire circle. A place where we practice — breath, sound, presence, body. Where we ask hard questions and sit in the not-knowing together. Where your inner guidance is the only authority that matters. My job here is to hold the torch until you find your own. The moment you no longer need me is the moment this worked. Here's how to get started: 1. Post your introduction in Circle Talk — tell us who you are and what brought you here (no need to perform, be real) 2. Bookmark the Events & Calls category — your first live session is coming up 3. I'm glad you're here, and look forward to connecting. — Hudson
