Sometimes the signal isn’t telling you to push harder.
Sometimes the system slows down.
The tool goes offline.
The body gets tired.
The usual output isn’t available.
And the first impulse can be to resist it.
To force productivity.
To find another route immediately.
To treat the interruption like failure.
But what if the interruption is information?
Today reminded me of something simple:
When the channel narrows, I can narrow with it.
I don’t have to turn reduced capacity into panic.
I don’t have to make rest mean I’m falling behind.
I don’t have to demand the same output from conditions that have clearly changed.
I can observe what is available.
I can adapt.
I can rest.
That is part of flow too.
Symbolic Literacy isn’t only about reading dreams, images, synchronicities, or symbols.
Sometimes it is reading the conditions of an ordinary day well enough to stop fighting them.
The pause can be part of the pattern.
The limit can be information.
Rest can still belong to movement.
