Please start using the Deal Tracker.

We are going to start "enforcing" the deal tracker as people are submitting multiple deals to the same sellers. Some deals that are getting accepted by the seller don't even cashflow and they are killing deals that do work. I've heard this from a few different people and it's going to hurt the brand also and makes us look unprofessional. So, moving forward put your deals in the deal tracker and it will be first in regardless of LOI signed. Steven will be making the final word on this and we will most likely talk about this tomorrow/Thursday.
