Committed or not committed?
I see so many people talking about being all in but their lives are clearly speaking a different story. I bring this up because living a lie is easy when we are accustomed to talking, but not necessarily committing to the actual action necessary to live a life that is actually authentic and meaningful. Committed People live a life fully committed, surrendering all of their rights in order to achieve God’s transformative power to be the ultimate change by allowing God total access to your inner being where you are totally surrender to God’s Holy Spirit. If so, you know that you are in a state of commitment. The committed know how to tap into the anointing which can confirm your state of being. Commit yourself today and know that you are committed by the evidence of the anointing and Spirit filled Inner dwelling that only comes from the surrender individual. The Committed are surrendered living individuals who have a power and purpose which is a privilege of the committed.

Expectations?
We walk into church expecting Heaven, and forget it’s still full of humanity. You expected Jesus… but you got people who fall short, misjudge, gossip, fail, and sometimes wound deeper than the world ever did. That doesn’t make what happened okay… But it does make it real. Because the church was never meant to be a place where perfect people gather, it’s where imperfect people are supposed to be transformed. The problem is… not everyone surrenders. Some just sit. Some perform. Some pretend. Some hurt others while claiming His name. And that confusion? That disconnect? That’s where a lot of the pain lives. But don’t confuse people with Jesus. He didn’t wound you. He didn’t betray you. He didn’t overlook you. People did. And if you walk away from Him because of them… you’re letting broken vessels block your access to the only One who heals. Stay honest about the hurt, but be careful not to place human failure on a perfect Savior. Because Jesus is still everything people failed to be.

The Foundation of Powerlessness
To admit powerlessness is not to admit defeat; it is to recognize the true nature of the struggle. For the Christian, this powerlessness is rooted in the biblical reality of the sinful nature (the flesh). Key Scripture: "I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out." (Romans 7:18, NIV) The Apostle Paul articulates the internal conflict that defines addiction and compulsion: knowing what is right, desiring to do it, yet repeatedly failing to carry it out. This verse speaks directly to the cycle of striving and relapse. Step 1 is the declaration that our willpower is insufficient to conquer the spiritual and physical grip of the addiction.

Conviction vs Condemnation
Discussion on Condemnation vs. Conviction: The focus of the current teaching was Romans 8, emphasizing that "there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus". Condemnation is defined as the legal voice of "guilt and shame," which makes individuals feel inadequate or defined forever by their mistakes, often resulting in them feeling "labeled". Conviction: In contrast, conviction is described as a that feeling of conviction that comes from the Holy Spirit, which gently encourages correction and restoration after a person slips into sin. The enemy's design is condemnation, aiming to "crush and isolate," while God's conviction is rooted in loving kindness and intended to pick a person up and restore them. Question: Which of these dominate your life? Condemnation or Conviction? Write in the comments below your personal experience with each and why you feel that the dominate forces is active more than the other. This exercise will help you be thinking about the dominate force active in you daily, weekly and so on.
