I just completed a workshop on ‘Unleashing Your Voice’ and it made me think… How often do we focus on the content of a workshop versus our presence in the workshop; whether you are a facilitator or a participant. How many times do you spend more energy thinking about communicating what you want to say rather than saying it with full presence. Your leadership presence is HOW you gain the ‘know-like-trust’ with your clients, potential clients, and those that you lead. It’s HOW you gain visibility and credibility and authority as the subject matter expert in your niche. My question for you today- What is your signature leadership presence?
