One of the biggest habits of high performance is clarity and it’s essential to clear conviction, I’ve seen this so clearly with a client this week. Without clarity, confidence is difficult to carry. So the question… ▶️ What practice do you already have or can add to every morning to develop radical clarity each day? ▶️ Why is this an effective measure for you? ▶️ Why is it a necessity for you to incorporate this in your daily life now?

We all love to be acknowledged and some of us even have started to shift towards acknowledging ourself, but have you actually celebrated yourself? I’m not talking about a pat on the back, I’m talking about a Super Bowl type celebration just for showing up today. What if you brought that type of energy to life? Something that a lot of men, including myself, try and avoid at all cost is going backward. We are programmed to move forward and anything that is perceived as a threat to this is usually not embraced. How about we rewrite that narrative… Follow up prompts… - But what does it truly mean to go backward? - What if it wasn’t possible to go backward? - What if going backward was an illusion based on holding onto the things that we have right now? - What if the thing that really mattered the most was developing ourselves and this could never actually go backwards?
