Just for personality...I'm Alistair. I started this classroom to share a set of tools with people who are struggling with overwhelm and burnout, and also with energy absorption from service work they do with clients. This set of tools can be used to further optimize your energy container once you are filled up and rolling. I've been working as a therapist in private practice since 2019 and in a variety of community mental health organizations before that helping all populations navigate the trials and tribulations of life. I'm here to support your wellness journey but I can't do this alone.
